We typically engage with companies from Series A through growth stage.

You can submit your application through our website. We ask for information about your venture, your background, and your capital needs. Our team reviews every application personally and will reach out if there’s potential alignment with our investor network.

Include a compelling summary of your venture, your team’s background, current traction and metrics, capital requirements, and what you’re looking for in an investor beyond capital. A pitch deck is helpful but not required for initial consideration.

We typically provide initial feedback within 2-3 weeks of receiving a complete application. If we see potential alignment, we’ll schedule a conversation to learn more about your venture and discuss how we might help.

There is no upfront fee for founders to apply or be considered. Our model is success-based, meaning we only benefit when we successfully facilitate partnerships that create value for all parties.

Opportunities in our network typically range from $1M to $50M+ in funding rounds. We work with investors across the spectrum, from those writing smaller checks to those leading significant rounds.

How does the matching process work?

After understanding both founder needs and investor preferences, our team identifies potential alignments based on sector focus, stage preference, geographic interest, and strategic value-add. We facilitate warm introductions and support the relationship development process.

 

We can provide guidance and support throughout the negotiation process, but we don’t represent either party in negotiations. Our role is to facilitate connections and provide context, while the principals negotiate directly.

After an introduction, the parties engage directly. We remain available to provide context, answer questions, and help navigate any challenges that arise. Our goal is to support the development of lasting partnerships.

Confidentiality is paramount. We never share sensitive information without explicit consent, and we have strict protocols around information handling. All parties in our network agree to confidentiality standards as a condition of membership.
